Life Groups at ECC

AS you make your way around our community you will quickly discover that Life Groups are truly the best way to connect to the body life of ECC.  Life Groups are small groups of people (usually between 5-12 people) who meet regularly in homes to connect with others and to help each other take their next step of faith.  Our hope is that you will find Life Groups at ECC a place where God’s grace meets you face to face as you connect in meaningful relationships.

A Life Group is not:

a social club! While we hope that your Life Group would be a place where you would meet people and make new friends, a Life Group is much more than a social club or a friendship circle.

a support group! While we hope that your Life Group would be a place where you would be comfortable sharing your struggles, you will not be expected to share your deepest darkest secret and to cry every single night!

a classroom! While we hope that your Life Group would be a place where people learn from each other and grow in their knowledge of the Bible, Life Group is not a “fill-in-the-blank”, teacher-at-the-front, classroom type of environment.

 Rather…

A Life Group is a place where you can connect with others and develop real and honest friendships.

A Life Group is a place where you can find support and encouragement as you journey through the ups and downs of life.

A Life Group is a learning community where you can grow with others and learn from God’s truth together.
